Material sold by Norwich Lumber Company is of high quality and workmanship, free from defects and damage which may make it unusable for its intended purpose. Norwich Lumber Company gaurantees that all products sold meet or exceed all grade rules established by applicable governing bodies. The high quality and condition of our products is safegaurded while in our possession. The purchaser/ user must provide the same careful treatment in the handling, protection, storage, and installation of these products. Norwich Lumber will not be resposible for defects or damages resulting from improper care in the handling of our products.

Norwich Lumber Company offers no warrantees on any products. Warrantees are offered only by the manufacturers of the products we sell and may vary in scope and duration. Disposition of warranty claims processed through Norwich Lumber Company is at the sole discretion of the manufacturer. Manufacturers requirements for storage, handling, installation, finishing, and maintenanc must be observed or warrantees may be voided. |
STOCK MERCHANDISE presented for return must be in good condition with original packing materials (if any) and must be accompanied by original sales receipt. If determined to be in acceptable condition, returns are subject to a 20% handling and restocking charge.
SPECIAL ORDER MERCHANDISE is non returnable. Engineered wood I-beams, LVL products, and Glue-lam are non-returnable.

No claims for damages, errors in shipment, or shortages will be allowed unless reportedwithin 10 days after receipt of goods. It is the responsibility of the customer to inspect all materials for possile damages, errors, or shortages at time of delivery and/or pirckup. Norwich Lumber Company's liability for damages, errors, or shortage is limited to replacement of product only. No claims for service work will be allowed unless specifically authorized by us in advance. |
All non-stock/special order items require a 40% deposit at time of order. |
Net 25 days. Payments must be received by Norwich Lumber Company on or before the 10th of the month following date of purchases to be eligible for volume discount (pre-tax amount only).

Late charge-2% monthly late charge will be assessed on all past due balances.
